Dealing with today’s legal system can seem overwhelming. That’s why Andrew Speicher has committed his career as a trial attorney to helping clients successfully navigate all the ins and outs of legal disputes and lawsuits. You may have suffered a serious personal injury or the wrongful death of a loved one from a car wreck, trucking accident, motorcycle crash, or other tragic event. Or, you or your business might be dealing with the impact of a breach of contract, a negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation, or some other unfair business deal. But whatever you are facing, whether you need to file a multi-million-dollar lawsuit or collect an unpaid business invoice, Andrew is committed to passionately pursuing what is in your best interest to help you achieve the best result possible.
I am an attorney for one reason: To use my occupation in fulfilling my calling to serve people in situations where they could not otherwise help themselves. Sometimes this means I am just an Attorney at Law, advising clients on how to achieve the best result in their case, and then successfully achieving the desired result. Other times I am also a Counselor at Law, helping clients emotionally heal and recover from the havoc a legal dispute can wreak on their personal life, family life, or business. But whether through paid representation or pro bono service through local non-profit entities, I find joy and purpose in helping every client navigate the physical, mental and emotional roller coasters of life’s trials.
Regardless of the identity of my client, the subject matter of their case, or the amount of money in dispute, my commitment is this: I will strive, in everything I do and say, to live up to the high calling of considering others before myself, and putting the interests of my clients ahead of my own.
